I met Pidge during the filming of the documentary of intersexion in chicago USA 2009 I think.

The first month of the year draws to a close.
Outside my window the Pohutakawa trees are wearing red. I love these late blooming trees they seem to welcome the new year with their red, after wind carpets.
This year will be a different one for me.
More time on the road.

Dear friends - I am home again after my amazing trip.
This decade long colaboration continues, this year building upon the layers of the past.
I have to thank Sharon Jones, Working It Out, Rural Health, King OF Burnie hotel and ALL the others people organisations who got behind the tour - you rock.

In one weeks time I will be back in Tasmania.
To carry on the decade long collaboration that was started by RN Pamela Neeson.
Pam has retired and the work carries on, this year on the road with Sharon Jones. I want to thank everyone who has made this years trip possible.

Its been some six weeks since I got back from europe, I am still 'digesting' to have lived from the silence and shamed filled days of

Its spring and tonight its raining and cold.
NZ holds it breath will Rena the container ship stuck on the reef survive the night? will 'they' get the oil off.

The brutal reality of what happens when fuel oil leaks from such a large vessel plain for all to see.
Tragic.
Shocking.
so many questions
and I sit here wondering - what is the lesson - what needs to
change?

This seems silly but I lost my pass word - not lost misplaced, I have it again and its nice to be back.
